- Upon receipt at Novaya Poshta branches or by courier in Ukraine.
The service is paid additionally. The cost of this service is paid by the Novaya Pochta company - 2% of the order amount + 20 hryvnias.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS IN UKRAINE
Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out by the Novaya Poshta delivery service from Monday to Sunday.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Delivery time: 1-3 days from the moment of placing the order, available goods.
The cost of delivery by courier to "Novaya Pochta" branches and post offices:
Free when paying for an order over 3 500 hryvnias.
It is paid by the client according to the carrier's tariffs when ordering up to 3 500 hryvnias.
Track delivery:
by TTN number, follow messages from "Novaya Pochta" via SMS, Viber or the Novaya Pochta application.
Delivery in Kyiv is possible from day to day through taxi services. You could discuss details and order +38(095)147 83 46.
RETURN and EXCHANGE
If the product does not suit you, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days of the purchase, if the product has not been used, has a commercial appearance and has a complete package. Refunds are made within 3-10 days.

DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery is possible to any country in the world, except Russia, Belarus, North Korea.
International shipments are made by the courier service of Ukrposhta. The method of delivery abroad can be reviewed individually.
The delivery time for orders is from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the country of destination.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you select a country at the stage of entering data when placing an order and is paid with the product on the site.
Shipping information and tracking numbers are sent to the client's email address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of customs clearance and the cost of customs payments to the country of destination before placing the order.
